I've been playing Eve Online now for just over a month. It's really taking over my life. The amazing graphics, the ability to fly spaceships, the intense battles, it's an obsession. What I love most about it is how non-linear it is, you really do play it the way you want. Because of the fact that the game is truly player controlled, no one can ever jump into Eve and play it the same way. You'll find it difficult to find a walkthrough for Eve, theres not just one way to play Eve. You truly play Eve the way you want to play Eve. I've never come across such a comprehensive game. There's so much to learn, so much to explore, if you're looking for a massive game, this is it.

With the deployment of Incarna only a couple of months away, Eve Online are laying the ground work with it's latest patches. The video above shows just what they have planned. A small thing like animating the turrets is one reason I love about the game. The level of detail that the developers go into in making the game that little bit more enjoyable for everyone.
